Returns & Refunds Policy

This Refund Policy ("Policy") sets out the guidelines, terms, and conditions under which customers may request a refund for the services purchased from M/S INVITATION ("we," "us," or "our") on our Platform.

1. Refund Eligibility and Requirements

Strict No-Refund Policy for Digital Services

Unlike physical goods, the services provided by M/S INVITATION are digital and customized in nature (creation of personalized invitation links). Therefore, we maintain a strict NO REFUND policy.

Refunds or cancellations are NOT applicable if:

  • You changed your mind after placing the order.
  • You provided incorrect event details or spelling errors.
  • The invitees did not open or read the invitation link.
  • Event cancellation or postponement.
  • International Numbers: Delivery to non-Indian mobile numbers is not supported.
  • Package Misunderstanding: Price is strictly for ONE card for ONE PARTICULAR event.

The "Three Delivery Attempts" Rule

Our obligation is considered fulfilled once we perform three (3) automated WhatsApp delivery attempts:

  • Process: Delivery is attempted via WhatsApp to your Guest List.
  • Attempts: Maximum of three (3) distinct attempts per number.
  • Final Status: If undelivered after 3 attempts (due to phone off, no internet, or blocks), delivery is considered Final and Successful from our side.

Exceptional Cases

We may consider a refund ONLY in case of:

  • Technical error resulting in double payment for the same order.
  • Server failure preventing generation of the invitation link.

Proof (Transaction ID & screenshots) must be sent to help@invitation.org.in.

2. Refunds (If Applicable)

2.1 Refund Timing: Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 working days, subject to your bank's processing time.

2.2 Late Refunds: If not received, check your bank first, then contact us at +91-7522857771.

3. Legal Compliance

M/S INVITATION reserves the right to amend this policy. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

4. Cancellation Policy

By M/S INVITATION: We reserve the right to cancel orders for fraud prevention, pricing errors, or content policy violations.

By Customer: Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is processed and link generation has commenced.
