Shipping and Delivery Policy

This Shipping and Delivery Policy (“Policy”) outlines the terms and procedures governing the delivery of services and digital products provided by M/S INVITATION through our Platform.

By purchasing a Package or using our Services, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Nature of Service (Digital Delivery)

M/S INVITATION operates primarily as a digital-first platform. Our core "products" are digital invitation links and automated messaging.

  • No Physical Shipping: Unless explicitly stated, we do not ship physical items to your address.
  • Digital Mode: All links are delivered electronically via WhatsApp, SMS, or Email to the guest list provided.
  • Direct App Delivery: Guests with the Invitation App installed receive notifications directly for a seamless experience.

2. Delivery Timelines

2.1. Processing and Customization

Our team aims to generate the final customized invitation link within 72 hours of receiving complete information and payment confirmation.

Note: Delays may occur due to high server load or incomplete submissions.

2.2. Delivery to Invitees

The time required to complete automated sending depends on the size of your guest list and third-party network conditions.

3. The "Three Delivery Attempts" Rule

To ensure delivery, we follow a strict protocol which constitutes our official "Proof of Delivery":

  • Attempt 1: Initial WhatsApp delivery attempt.
  • Attempt 2: Retry if the first message is undelivered.
  • Attempt 3: Final fallback attempt.

Once these 3 attempts are performed, our delivery obligation is considered fulfilled and complete.

4. Failed Deliveries & Exclusions

We are not liable for failures caused by external factors such as:

  • Invalid or non-WhatsApp numbers.
  • Non-Indian mobile numbers (+91 only).
  • Recipient blocks or network outages.

No refunds are provided for failed deliveries after three attempts.

6. Geographic Restriction (INDIA ONLY)

M/S INVITATION provides services EXCLUSIVELY within India. We ONLY deliver to numbers registered in India (+91). International numbers will be automatically excluded.
