Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using the mobile application and website (collectively, the “Platform”) operated under the name INVITATION.
M/S INVITATION, a sole proprietorship based in Gonda (UP) 271001, operates this Platform. References to "we", "us", or "our" mean M/S INVITATION.
Geographic Restriction
This service is strictly limited to INDIA. We only deliver invitations to mobile numbers registered in India (+91).
Pricing Notice
Prices shown in any Package are strictly for ONE CARD for A PARTICULAR EVENT only.
1. Acceptance
1.1 Agreement to Terms
By using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all policies like Privacy Policy and Disclaimer.
1.2 Electronic Consent
You consent to electronic records and signatures. All digital communications satisfy legal requirements for "writing".
1.3 Warranties
You represent that you are at least 18 years of age and the information you provide is accurate and complete.
2. Definitions
- Platform: The mobile app and website branded as INVITATION.
- Services: Template customization and WhatsApp delivery.
- User Content: Images, names, and guest lists uploaded by you.
- Delivery Attempt: Up to three (3) automated WhatsApp attempts per guest.
3. Pricing & Payments
Important: Prices are strictly for ONE CARD per PARTICULAR EVENT. Multiple events are not covered under a single card package.
- Taxes: Prices include applicable GST.
- Finality: Once processing begins, orders are non-refundable.
Delivery
72-hour turnaround goal. Max 3 WhatsApp attempts per guest before completion.
Intellectual Property
Templates remain property of M/S INVITATION. You grant us a license to use your content for services.
Dispute & Jurisdiction
Governed by the laws of India. Jurisdiction: Gonda (UP), India.
